Running your first class

If you’re planning to run your own classes, follow the steps below. Everything you add to a Space is saved automatically, so you can reuse materials and pick up right where you left off next time.

1) Run a quick tech check

Before class, make sure your device, browser, camera, microphone, and network are ready.

2) Create your first Space

Create your virtual classroom where you’ll teach, collaborate, and share materials. Learn more here.

3) Invite students to your Space

Invite students by email or share a Space link so they can join your class. Learn more here.

After your first class

1) Review your billing

View your billing usage and learn more about how your bill is calculated here and here.

2) Review analytics and share recordings

All cloud recordings can be shared with your student. Learn more here.

Session analytics is stored separately and can be used to determine if the student's network connection was strong, and whether they were engaged on the call.

3) Get help

If anything doesn’t work as expected or if you have any questions, please reach out to our 24/7 Live Support by clicking the "Help" button at the top of your screen.

If you can, please include:

  • What device and browser you’re using

  • What you're looking to do

  • If relevant, any error message or screenshot
