Frequently Asked Questions
How do I enter my class?
You’ll join your class by entering your designated Space, which is your virtual classroom with a whiteboard and built-in video call.
You can find all your classes on your Spaces Dashboard after logging in.
I can’t see or hear my tutor
Make sure you’ve joined the video call. Click the Join Call button in the top-right corner of the Space to see and hear your tutor.
Can I enter the Space after class to review the lesson?
Yes! Everything added to a Space stays there until it’s deleted, so you can review your lessons anytime.
If you’re unable to enter the Space on your own, check with your tutor or administrator to confirm that the Waiting Room is disabled, so you don’t need approval to join.
