Branding is only available on our latest paid plans. If you do not see branding options in settings, please contact Pencil Spaces support and we'd be glad to assist you.
Branding options
We provide a number of ways to change the look and feel of Spaces. These options are available in all branding-enabled plans.
More advanced whitelabeling options are also available as part of our Enterprise plans. Contact your account manager to learn more about these capabilities.
Inside Spaces
We support the following customizations:
Changing the Top Bar color. This applies in both Gallery and Whiteboard Views.
In Gallery View, changing the background and bottom bar color
During a call, adding a square logo which appears above a user's title as a chiron. This logo will only appear for Teachers and Admins in Spaces owned by your institution.
In the Waiting Room, adding a custom logo and Waiting Room background color that matches your brand identity
Outside Spaces
You can also customize the following colors:
Sidebar background
Sidebar selected item background
Switcher background
Configuring branding
You can configure branding for yourself by going to Settings > Branding. Once you've applied your changes, click "Update".
