How do I view my billing or usage?

View your plan

  • To access Plans & Billing, click on the 3-dot icon on the top left corner of your screen from Spaces Manager and choose Settings.

  • Choose Plans & Billing from the Settings menu. To view details of the Current Plan, click on Current Plan
    ​

  • You'll see the details of your plan listed there. This includes details about your usage in the current billing cycle and, if you're on one of our self-serve plans, your billing details.

    Space Hours shows your billing usage in user hours in your current billing period. To learn more about how we calculate Billable Space Hours, review our article: How is my billing usage calculated?

    Cloud Recording shows your billed cloud recording usage in hours in your current billing period. This section will only show for plans where cloud recording is billed separately as part of your institution


Export Past Usage

  • To view past usage details, click on Past Usage.
    ​

  • Click on the drop down menu and choose from the preset date ranges or a custom date range. Click on Apply.
    ​

  • To download your usage in this period, click on Download as CSV and a .csv file will be downloaded on your device.
    ​

  • This file contains data and statistics at a session level. A session is created every time a user enters a Space.
