How do I integrate with Yo!Coach?

Pencil Spaces integrates seamlessly with Yo!Coach, allowing you to run live classes and tutoring sessions directly from your Yo!Coach marketplace.

Once integrated, Pencil Spaces will launch inside the Yo!Coach lesson portal. Students and teachers will be able to join calls without needing to change tabs or log-in.

Before You Start

To complete the integration, you’ll need:

  • A Pencil Spaces account

  • Access to your Pencil Spaces API key

  • A Yo!Coach admin account

Set Up The Integration

Inside Pencil Spaces

  1. Log in to Pencil Spaces
    ​

  2. Click the three-dot icon → Settings

  3. Open the API & Integrations section

  4. Generate and copy your API Key

Inside Yo!Coach

  1. Log in to your Yo!Coach Admin Dashboard
    ​

  2. Go to Settings → Manage Settings → Meeting Tools
    ​

  3. Locate the Pencil Spaces API Key field
    ​

  4. Paste the API key you copied from Pencil Spaces
    ​

  5. Save your changes
    ​

Once saved, Yo!Coach will now use Pencil Spaces as the meeting tool for live sessions.
