With AI Summaries, Pencil Spaces can automatically turn your cloud-recorded sessions into clear, actionable recaps. Summaries can help both hosts and participants review what was discussed, revisit key points, and keep track of important action items after a session ends.

Once enabled, AI Summaries will be generated automatically for all your future cloud-recorded sessions.

Institution Admins can choose who receives the post-session summary emails.

These settings can help institutions control who receives post-session information while reducing unnecessary emails.

If your institution has both AI Summaries and AI Coaching enabled, eligible recipients will receive the information in one combined post-session email, instead of receiving separate emails for each feature.

Once the feature is enabled, AI Summaries will be automatically generated after each cloud-recorded session. There are several ways that you can access your post-session summaries:

Eligible recipients will receive a post-session email containing the session summary, key action items, as well as a direct link to the Space.

Summaries are also available via your Recording Dashboard, alongside the session's playback and transcript.
