How to access and manage recordings in the dashboard

Learn how to find, view, and manage your cloud recordings

Cloud Recordings are automatically saved and organized in your Recordings Dashboard. All hosts can view their recordings, while administrators control whether hosts can download or delete them.


How to View Your Recordings

  1. From your homepage, click Analytics on the left sidebar.


    ​

  2. Select Recordings from the dropdown menu.


    ​

  3. That’s it β€” your cloud recordings will appear in the list.


How to Manage Your Recordings

  • Date Filter β€” by default, the dashboard shows recordings from the past 30 days, but you can adjust the date range as needed.

  • Filter by Spaces and People β€” quickly locate recordings by filtering by Space or participant name.

  • Detailed View β€” click on any recording to open its detailed view. Here, you can:

    • View or download the recording

    • Copy the recording link

    • Download the transcript

    • Adjust view permissions

    • Delete the recording (if permitted)

    • Or even enter the Space directly from the recording view


Other Ways to View Your Recording

You can also access your recordings directly through the Analytics App or Space Manager.

From Inside the Space

  1. Enter your Space and click Apps at the bottom left of your screen.

  2. Select Analytics from the App Drawer.

  3. In the Analytics page, choose a session from the left sidebar and click Playback to view the recording.

From Space Manager

  1. In your Space Manager, click View Details for the Space you want.


    ​

  2. Select View Analytics.


    ​

  3. Once in the Analytics page, select the session and click Playback to open your recording.
