After a session is recorded, you can easily share the playback link with your students so they can review the class anytime.

Go to the Recording Dashboard: <a href="https://my.pencilapp.com/analytics/recordings" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">my.pencilapp.com/analytics/recordings</a>

Click the recording you want to share to open its detailed view.

In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu (⋯).

Select Change Access, then choose Hosts and Participants.

Click Copy link and share it with your students.

1. Go to the Recording Dashboard: <a href="https://my.pencilapp.com/analytics/recordings" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">my.pencilapp.com/analytics/recordings</a> 
2. Click the recording you want to share to open its detailed view. 
3. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu (⋯).
 
 
4. Select Change Access, then choose Hosts and Participants.
 
 
5. Click Copy link and share it with your students.
