AI Coach automatically generates smart insights from your cloud recordings to help hosts review sessions faster with summaries, key moments, and teaching insights.

How to Enable AI Coach
Click the three-dot menu and open Settings
Go to AI Assist
Toggle on AI Coaching Insights
Click Update to save
Once enabled, AI Coach will generate insights for all future cloud recordings.
If you turn it off later, previously generated insights will remain visible.
Where to Access AI Coach Insights
You can view insights from:
Analytics → Recordings → Insights
Inside a Space → Analytics → Session → Playback → Insights
Space Manager → View Analytics → Session
Recording share link (standalone recording page)
How AI Coach Insights Are Generated
For insights to appear, all of the following must be true:
The recording is complete
A transcript with speaker names exists
AI processing successfully completes
Processing Time
After a 1-hour session ends:
Transcription: ~25 minutes
AI analysis: ~2–5 minutes
This means, AI Insights appear about 30 minutes after the session ends
Who Can View AI Coach Insights
Admins and hosts only
Participants cannot view insights
