Pencil Spaces

You can customize the background of any board in your Space by choosing a color or pattern. This can help you change the look and feel of your boards, tailor them to certain activities, or make them more comfortable to work on.

You can also set your chosen background as the default for new boards in the same Space, saving you from having to change each one individually.

To update the background of a board in Pencil Spaces:

In your Space, click View boards in the bottom-left corner, or press Alt + B on your keyboard.

Find the board you want to update, hover over its name, and click the three-dot menu (⋯).

In the menu that appears, select Change background.

In the background selection window, choose a color or pattern.

If you want to use this background for all new boards created in the same Space, select the option to set it as the default background.

Click Confirm in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.

2. Find the board you want to update, hover over its name, and click the three-dot menu (⋯).

 If you want to use this background for all new boards created in the same Space, select the option to set it as the default background.
 
5. Click Confirm in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.

Your board will now display the background you selected!
