You can manage your board content in Pencil Spaces by clearing annotations, removing all content, or deleting the board entirely. The option you choose determines what gets removed, so take a moment to check the differences before proceeding.
How to clear or delete a board
Open your Boards List from the bottom-left corner of your Space, or by pressing Alt + B on your keyboard.
Locate the board you want to manage, hover over the board, and click the three-dot menu (âŻ) beside its name.
Choose one of the following options:
Clear annotations: Removes all pen and highlighter marks while leaving the rest of the boardâs content (e.g., uploads, resources, apps, Web Viewers, etc.) intact.
Clear board: Removes all content from the whiteboard.
Delete board: Permanently deletes the entire board.
Important: Clearing content or deleting a board cannot be undone. Make sure you select the right option before proceeding, as you will not be able to restore the deleted content/board.
