AI Snippets highlight key moments from a session, making it easier to review a participant’s progress. Each snippet includes a short title, a description of why the moment matters, and a timestamp to help you find it in the recording.

On your main dashboard, expand Tools and click Settings.

Scroll down and select AI Assist.

Under the Post-session tab, enable snippets.

Make sure to hit Update to save your changes.

AI Snippets also appear as a highlight preview in the session report email.

Find and select the session you want to review. 

Click the Snippets tab. The snippets appear on the left, highlighting key moments from the session.

AI Snippets can identify moments such as:

Conceptual Breakthroughs: When a student understands a new concept.

Productive Struggle: When a student works through a challenging problem.

Building Confidence: When a student shows growing confidence or independence.

Engagement and Motivation: When a student shows curiosity or interest.

Rapport: When the tutor and student build a positive connection.

Teaching Techniques: When a tutor uses helpful explanations, questions, or feedback.

Areas for Attention: When a student may need additional support.
