Private boards allow each participant to have their own workspace within a shared session. This is especially useful for activities like assessments, quizzes, or individual exercises.
Create Private Boards
Click the Boards button on the left side of your Space.
Click the dropdown (∨) on the split button.
Select Private board per participant.
Choose who to create boards for:
All participants
Online participants only
The private boards will be organized inside a folder.
Duplicate a Board for Each Participant
This is ideal when you already have a template for assessments or activities.
Locate the board you want to duplicate.
Click the ⋯ (three-dot icon) and select Duplicate board.
Follow the same steps above to create a private board for each participant.
