Can I join multiple institutions using the same email address?
→ This functionality is still a work in progress. In the meantime, you can join multiple institutions by using plus addressing as a workaround (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]). Learn more.

If I add my tutors as hosts in the Space, what permissions will they get?
→ Hosts have full control within a Space—they can easily add or remove participants. They can also start the call or allow students to enter the Space (if Waiting Room is enabled.
Can external clients be added as hosts?
Can external clients be added as hosts?
→ Yes, you can add external clients and assign them as Hosts within a Space.
→ However, like other roles, they can’t create a Space under your institution unless they’re first added to your institution and granted Admin / Teacher roles.
