Cloud Recording lets you record and save your sessions directly to the cloud β€” no need to store large files on your device. Recordings are securely stored and easily accessible in your Recordings dashboard, where you can view, share, or manage them anytime.

Types of Cloud Recording

There are two types of Cloud Recording in Pencil Spaces:

Manual Cloud Recording

Hosts can start and stop recording during a call. This gives you full control over what parts of a session you want to capture. Learn more

Always-On Cloud Recording

Every call in the Space is recorded automatically. Stopping or pausing the recording inside the Space is disabled to ensure all sessions are fully captured. Learn more
