Private Apps let you open apps from your App Library that are visible only to you. Other participants in the Space won’t see or access your private apps.
How to Create a Private App
Open your App Library and scroll or search for the app you want to make private.
Click the three dots beside the app name and select Insert as private app.
The app will open in your Space and will be visible only to you.
