Pencil Spaces

The Follow tool allows you to see exactly what another user sees, without affecting anyone else’s view. It’s similar to the Lead tool, but instead of pulling everyone to your screen, you choose whose view you want to follow.

When you follow someone, your screen automatically adjusts to match their view in real time.

The Follow tool is available to everyone (both hosts and participants). Anyone in the Space can follow anyone else, including participants following other participants.

You can start following anyone from any of these entry points:

Participant Manager – Click the three-dot (...) icon inside the participant manager page and choose Follow.

Top Bar Presence – Click on a participant’s avatar to follow.

Board Manager Presence – Find the participant on the board list and click to follow.

Video Tile Button – Hover on a video tile, click the three-dot (...) icon, then select Follow.

3. Board Manager Presence – Find the participant on the board list and click to follow.
 
 
4. Video Tile Button – Hover on a video tile, click the three-dot (...) icon, then select Follow.

Once active, a banner will appear confirming that you’re following someone:
