Pencil Indicator is a new tool that allows participants to better understand who is in the Space, who is in the Space but not on the call, and who is in the Space and on the call.

Seeing who is in the Space

Prior to the start of a call, the participants in the Space will appear in a row beside the call button.

Seeing who is in the Space but not on the call

Once the host has started the call, participants will be given the option to join. To learn more about starting or joining calls in Pencil Spaces, please read the following Article: Starting or Joining a Call in Pencil Spaces.

The participants on the call will be in the green call section, and the participants in the Space but not on the call will be on the outside of the green call section.

To see a list of the people that are in the Space but not on the call, hover your cursor over the participants not in the green call section, and a list will appear.

Seeing who is in the Space and on the call

Once the host has started the call, participants will be given the option to join. The participants in the Space and on the call will be in the green call section.

To see a list of the people that are in the Space and on the call, hover your cursor over the participants in the green call section, and a list will appear.
