Background noise can be distracting during a video call. With Advanced Noise Cancellation, you can reduce unwanted sounds and keep your voice clear.
You can adjust this setting before or during a call.
Before Joining a Call
Open the Join Call modal.
Click the More (⋯) button.
Toggle Noise Cancellation on or off based on your preference.
During a Call
Open Audio & Video Settings:
In Whiteboard view, you can find it under the More (⋯) button.
In Gallery view, click the Audio & Video Settings option at the bottom right.
Turn Noise Cancellation on or off as needed.
