Tap Site permissions icon in the address bar

1. Tap Site permissions icon in the address bar
 
 
2. Tap Permissions
 
 
3. Enable Camera and Microphone

Click Settings. Then, choose Site settings

Click Site permissions then select Camera or Microphone

Click <a href="https://my.pencilapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://my.pencilapp.com</a> then choose Allow for both camera and microphone.
