We need camera and microphone access so others can see and hear you on your call. Follow the guide below to enable access on Microsoft Edge.
New Users
When joining a call for the first time on Edge in Desktop, you will see a prompt to accept your camera or microphone access.
Click "Allow" to enable access. You're good to go!
Re-granting Access
If you've previously denied access, you will see a prompt indicating that camera or microphone access is required.
To re-enable access:
Click the lock icon next to the URL in your browser's address bar.
Ensure Camera and Microphone access are set to "Allowed" as below
Refresh your page. You may see a prompt at the top of the page to "Refresh" or, alternatively, click Ctrl/Command + Shift + R on your keyboard.
