To share PowerPoint Presentation over Pencil Spaces, click on Apps to open the App Drawer.

Search for PowerPoint Presentations in the App Drawer and open the app.

For easy access to One Drive, please make sure that you are logged in to One Drive on your browser.

A One Drive window will pop-up from where you can access your files and bring them onto the Pencil Spaces board.
​

Select the PowerPoint presentation you want to bring to Pencil Spaces and click “Select”.
​

Your PowerPoint Presentation will be imported to Pencil Spaces, ready to present.
