Pencil Spaces

Easily present and share PowerPoint files in Pencil Spaces by importing them directly from your OneDrive account.

Ensure your OneDrive account is connected. <a href="https://helpdesk.pencilspaces.com/en/articles/7194029-how-to-import-from-onedrive">Learn more</a>.

Open the Apps Panel and select PowerPoint Presentation.

In the OneDrive pop-up, browse and select your file.

Click Select to import the presentation.

2. Open the Apps Panel and select PowerPoint Presentation.
 
 
3. In the OneDrive pop-up, browse and select your file.
 
 
4. Click Select to import the presentation.

Your PowerPoint will be added to the space and can be presented on the whiteboard.
