Sometimes, customers may encounter difficulty when attempting to import pages from your document. This issue typically arises due to certain limitations inherent in the document itself. In particular, documents may not be split due to (a) poor encoding or (b) being in a read-only format.

When trying to import such documents, you may encounter an error message stating, "Sorry, this file does not support page splitting. You cannot select pages or split pages across multiple boards."

Although page splitting is not supported for these documents, customers can still upload the PDF. You can click the "Import File" button and continue enjoying your PDF in the whiteboard.
