How do I hard refresh Pencil Spaces?

From time to time, you may need to "hard refresh" Pencil Spaces on your device to get the latest version of Pencil Spaces. Hard refreshing should resolve most issues that you might be experiencing while using the product.

To hard refresh, follow the instructions based on your browser below:

Google Chrome

Windows or Linux

  • Press Ctrl and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.

  • Or, press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard

Mac

  • Press Shift and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
    ​

  • Or, press Cmd ⌘ + Shift + R on your keyboard

Microsoft Edge

Please follow the same instructions for Google Chrome above.

Firefox

Windows or Linux

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + R

  • Or, press Ctrl + F5

Mac

  • Or, press Shift and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar
