Note for admins: It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with local regulation when recording users in a Space. We strongly recommend you consult a lawyer prior to starting recording in a Space.
If you see a recording indicator during a call, it means you are being recorde.
Audio will always be recorded, but your video may or may not be recorded.
If recording locally, a host has started recording the call to their local device. Your video may or may not be visible in the recording, depending on what the host is choosing to record
If recording to the cloud, your video will be recorded by default unless the institution has disabled participant recording. You can learn more about this feature here.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact your host or your Institution Admin.
