Hosts can lock a Space or a specific board to limit participant actions and keep everyone focused.
When a Space or board is locked, participants can only pan (move around) the whiteboard. Editing and interactions are disabled.
How to Lock the Space or a Board
Go to the top-left corner of your screen.
Click Lock Space or Lock this board.
Lock Space → Locks all boards in the Space
Lock this board → Locks only the current board
You can unlock the Space or board at any time using the same option.
💡Pro Tip
Lock the Space or board after class to give students view-only access when reviewing the lesson later.
