Breakout rooms allow you to divide participants into smaller groups for focused discussions, group work, or collaborative activities
Creating Breakout Rooms
Click the Boards button on the left side of your Space.
Select Breakout Rooms.
Click + Create New Room.
Rename rooms by clicking the edit icon.
Moving Users or Boards Between Rooms
Drag and drop a user pill or board into your desired room.
Or, right-click a user or board to open the move dropdown and select a room.
Viewing Participants
Show everyone – displays all participants.
Show online users only – displays only active participants.
You can find this option at the top left.
Broadcasting a Message
Send announcements to all breakout rooms at once. Participants in every room will see your message.
Recall Participants
Use Recall to bring everyone back to the main room instantly.
