Private Apps allow you to conceal any apps you pull from your App Library from everyone in your Space. To create a Private App, open up your App Library and scroll or search for the app you would like to privatize.

From there, click the three dots located on the right side of the side of the app. Select “Insert as private app”.

From there your Private App will be opened in your Space and you can interact with it without it being visible to anyone else in your Space.

Private Apps can be made public at any time by navigating to the three dots at the top right-hand side of your app and selecting “Make public”.
