1. Using The Web Viewer & OneDrive

To work collaboratively on OneDrive documents in Pencil Spaces, follow the steps below:

  1. In a separate tab or browser window, log into your OneDrive account and select the Word Doc, PowerPoint, or Excel spreadsheet that you want to share.

  2. Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner, then click "Share" again. This will open a pop-up.

  3. Navigate to the bottom of the pop-up, and ensure that the settings have been changed to "Anyone with the link can edit." Then, click the "Copy" button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up.

  4. Next, return to your Space and click the "Open Apps" button to access the App Library.

  5. From there, click the "Web Viewer" button.

  6. Once the Web Viewer opens, paste the OneDrive sharing link into the Web Viewer, and get to work!
