1. Opening The Upload Tool
To begin the process of uploading files from Pencil Files to the whiteboard, you'll first need to locate and open the Upload Tool. The Upload Tool can be found on the right-hand side of the bottom toolbar in Spaces, and is represented by an icon that consists of a cloud with an upwards-facing arrow.
Clicking on this icon will open up the file upload menu, which looks like this:
From there, click the "Pencil Files" option on the left-hand side of the menu.
2. Selecting Your File
You can select a file directly by scrolling through the available files, or by opening up a folder and selecting a file from there. You can also use the search bar to look for specific files.
Once you have selected a file, click the blue "Insert" button at the bottom right of the file upload menu to bring it onto your whiteboard!
