Close and re-open the app
Once the app is open on the whiteboard, click the "X" at the top right corner, and then re-open the app by finding the option in the apps list.
Refresh the app
Once the app is open, click the 3 dots at the top right corner of the app window, then click "Refresh App".
Reload the page
If the above two steps have not resolved the issue, try reloading the page by clicking "CTRL/Cmd+R" on your keyboard, or clicking the refresh button next to the Space link. If you are using the Desktop Application, close and reopen Pencil Spaces.

Once you reload your page, re-open the app as usual.
