Troubleshooting issues with the Web Viewer

Follow these steps when a web viewer is not loading or working as intended

Close and re-open the web viewer

Once the web viewer is on the whiteboard, click the "X" at the top right corner of the window.

Then, re-open the web viewer by clicking the "Insert Web Viewer" button on the left side of your screen, or by opening "apps" and selecting "Web Viewer" from the list of options.

What happens if I logged into an account?

Please note closing the web viewer will automatically sign you out of all accounts (Ex. Your Google account if you chose to log in), and that the login info will not be saved for the future. This means that you will need to log back into your accounts once you re-open the web viewer. Learn more about the web viewer in this article.


Refresh the app

Once the app is open, click the 3 dots at the top right corner of the web viewer window, then click "Refresh app".


Reload the page

If the above two steps have not resolved the issue, try reloading the page by clicking "CTRL/Cmd+R" on your keyboard, or clicking the refresh button next to the Space link. If you are using the Desktop Application, close and reopen Pencil Spaces.

Once you reload your page, re-open the web viewer.
