Troubleshooting "no camera input" issue

Quick troubleshooting tips:

  1. Close any apps that may be using your camera, such as Zoom or Google Meet

  2. Try reloading your browser or restarting your device.

If the issues persist, try the following advanced troubleshooting guide:

  1. Reconnect External Devices

    • If you are using a webcam or an external microphone, try unplugging it and plugging it back into your device.

  2. Update your Browser

    • Verify that your browser is up-to-date.
      ​

  3. Update Drivers/OS​

    • Ensure that your camera and microphone drivers are up to date.

    • Verify that your OS is up-to-date (see here for Mac or Windows computers), and try to restart your computer.
      ​

  4. Check on Other Platforms

    • Try checking Google Meet is your issue exists there. If so, then it might be device problem.
