Make sure that you signed up with the correct email
Make sure to check that the email you signed up with is the same as the email you are checking. You could have accidentally included a typo, or mixed up email accounts. If you accidentally entered the wrong email, you may simply create another account.
Check your spam folder and other filters
When you are checking your email, make sure to go through other email filters.
If you use Outlook, check the "Junk Email" section along with the "Other" tab.
If you use Gmail, make sure to check "Spam", "Promotions" and "Social".
Allow emails from Pencil Spaces
If any of the emails showed up in your "Spam" or "Junk" folder, make sure to mark them as "Not Spam" so that they don't get lost in the future.
For Outlook, click "It's not Junk"
For Gmail, click "Report not spam"
