Magic code sign-in allows you to access your Pencil Spaces account without having to enter a password or sign in through a third-party provider like Google or Microsoft.
You can use a magic code to sign in regardless of how you originally created your Pencil Spaces account.
How to sign in with a magic code
Visit my.pencilapp.com.
Select Continue with Email.
Enter the email address associated with your Pencil Spaces account, then continue, and then select Request code via email.
Once you've requested a code, weâll send a 6-digit code to your email address.
Open the email containing your magic code. You can access the code from your primary device or another device where you can check your email.
Return to the open Pencil Spaces browser window and enter the 6-digit code.
Once the code is verified, youâll be signed in to your Pencil Spaces account.
Note: The magic code is a one-time sign-in code. You donât need to enter your Pencil Spaces password when using this option.
What if I donât receive the magic code?
If the code doesnât arrive in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure youâre checking the email address associated with your Pencil Spaces account.
If you still canât find the email, you can request another magic code and try again.
