Pencil Spaces has 24/7 Live Chat support in both Pencil Spaces and the Pencil Learning Management System. Response time is usually under 2 minutes so that you can get the support you need right when you need it!
1. Accessing support in Pencil Spaces
To access the 24/7 live chat support in Pencil Spaces, click on the "Help" icon in the top right corner of your Space.
From there, Pencil's Live Chat support will appear on the left-hand side of your screen. To ask a question, click the blue "Send us a message" button on the support screen. This will open the support chatbox where you can ask for any support you need.
If you have used the 24/7 Live Chat support in the past, you can view any past conversations you have had with our support team by clicking the "Messages" button at the bottom of the screen.
Through the Live Chat support screen, you can also access all of Pencil's Help Articles that can also be found in our help center.
Our help center articles are a quick way to get support on questions other users have also asked in the past.
2. Accessing support in Pencil's Learning Management System
You also have access to Pencil's 24/7 live chat support in Pencil's Learning Management System. To access the live chat, click the "Help" button at the bottom left corner of your screen.
You will have access to all the same support resources that can also be found in Pencil Spaces.
3. What to do if accessing live chat support isn't working
If you have attempted to click the "Help" button to access live chat support, but the pop-up is not appearing, here are some steps you can follow:
If you are using an ad blocker, make sure that you pause the ad blocker and refresh your page (CTRL/Cmd+R)
