When creating or editing an event in Pencil Spaces, you can use the Find available organizers feature to quickly see which tutors and admins are available at the scheduled time.
This makes it easier to assign a tutor to a lesson without needing to check each tutorâs availability separately.
Note: Before using this feature, make sure that your tutors have set their availability in Pencil Spaces. For more information, see our guide: How to set availability?
How to find available organizers
To find and add an available tutor or admin to an event:
When creating or editing an event, scroll down to the Organizers section.
Click Find available organizers.
A window will open showing the tutors and admins in your institution, along with their availability for the scheduled event time.
Select the user you would like to add as an organizer, then click Done.
The selected user will be added to the event as an organizer. You can then continue creating or editing the event as usual.
