The System Status panel lets you check the device, network, and performance status of yourself or your participants. This helps you quickly identify and troubleshoot technical issues during a session.
How to View System Status
Click Manage People.
Find the user you’d like to check and click the More (⋯) icon next to their name.
Select View System Status.
The System Status panel provides an overview of:
Device information
Network quality
Performance indicators
If an issue is detected, you can use this page to guide troubleshooting, either for yourself or for your participants.
