How to check another user's system status?

Only hosts can check the System Status of another user. Participants are only able to view their own System Staus.

The System Status panel lets you check the device, network, and performance status of yourself or your participants. This helps you quickly identify and troubleshoot technical issues during a session.

How to View System Status

  1. Click Manage People.

  2. Find the user you’d like to check and click the More (⋯) icon next to their name.

  3. Select View System Status.

  4. If an issue is detected, the System Status will provide troubleshooting, either for yourself or for your participants.
