If your cloud recording doesnât show a transcript, itâs usually due to one of these reasons:
The session wasnât in English.
Transcription currently supports English only.
âThere was no audio in the recording.
If no one spoke, or if microphones were muted the entire time, a transcript cannot be generated.
âThere was no audio during the first 30 seconds.
The system needs early audio to detect speakers and begin transcription. If the call starts silently, the transcript may not generate.
