If your cloud recording doesn’t show a transcript, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:
The session wasn’t in English.
Transcription currently supports English only.
There was no audio in the recording.
If no one spoke, or if microphones were muted the entire time, a transcript cannot be generated.
There was no audio during the first 30 seconds.
The system needs early audio to detect speakers and begin transcription. If the call starts silently, the transcript may not generate.
