What are Sites?
Sites help organize your institution and control access to data in Pencil Spaces. They ensure that users can only view and interact with Spaces, Events, and reports that are relevant to them.
How do I assign a Site?
Select a Site from the dropdown that matches your Space or Event (e.g., choose School A for a School A session).
Notes:
You can only select Sites you have access to\
Institution Admins can access all Sites
Once set, a Site cannot be changed (to protect data accuracy)
