With AI Summarization, Pencil Spaces can automatically condense your virtual class discussions into clear, actionable notes.

Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the left side of Home and choose Settings.

Click Settings, then select AI Assist.

Toggle on Automatically summarize cloud recordings.

Click Update to save your changes.

4. Click Update to save your changes.

Once enabled, AI summaries are automatically generated after each cloud-recorded session. You can view them in two ways:

Email: You’ll receive an email with the session summary, key action items, and a direct link to the Space.
