By default, when you enable cloud recording on a video call, the whiteboard is not recorded.
To cloud record the whiteboard, all you need to do is:
Enable cloud recording. You can follow the guide here for more information on how to do this
Click the "screenshare" button, either from the bottom toolbar, the video call panel, or the "recording enabled" notification
Select the the window associated with your current chrome window and click "Share". Note: This flow may differ if you are using a different browser.
[Optional] You can minimise the video call panel so it doesn't also appear in the screenshare. User video will be captured separately in the cloud recording.
You're all set! When you playback your recording, your whiteboard will be recorded. If you need any more support from the team, do not hesitate to contact us.
