Reset your password
Whether you've forgotten your password, or simply setting up a new one in case you were added by an administrator, you can follow the following steps to reset your password:
Enter the following URL: my.pencilapp.com/account and locate the “Continue with Email” button on the page
Enter your Email address associated with your Pencil Spaces account, and click on “Continue”
Click on “Reset password” placed below the ‘Continue’ button
A 6-digit reset code is generated and sent to the associated Email address. You should be directed to this page wherein you will need to input the code.
Visit the associated Email Inbox to grab the 6-digit reset code (Gmail or Others) and search for the email containing the code. Please make sure to check your spam folder along with your inbox.
Enter the correct 6-digit code
You will now be redirected to a page where you can set up a new password for your Pencil Spaces account. Enter the new password and click "Confirm".
Now, go back to my.pencilapp.com/account to access the sign-in page and enter your email address with your new password to sign in.
