In Pencil Spaces, you can delete a single item off your board, or you can delete multiple items at once. With Pencil's latest feature, you now have the ability to reset your Space, clearing everything on your whiteboard and in your chat.

To delete an item off your board, find the item you wish to remove and click on it. An action bar will appear above. Click on the trash icon.

The item will instantly be removed from your Space. If you would like to reverse these changes, click the “undo” button found at the bottom of your screen.

To delete multiple items off your board (this includes clearing your entire board), highlight all the work on your whiteboard you wish to remove.

From there, a trash icon will appear above the highlighted content; click on it.

Your work will be instantly removed from the board. If you would like to reverse these changes, click the “undo” button found at the bottom of your screen.

With Pencil’s latest feature, you can now reset your Space. This means that all chat messages and content on the whiteboard will be removed from your Space. Once you have reset your Space, it is important to note that you will be unable to reverse these changes.

To reset your Space, click the three dots found at the top right-hand side of your screen.

A dropdown bar will appear. Click the “Reset Space” button.

You will be asked to confirm that you want to reset your Space. Click “Ok” to confirm the changes being made to your Space.

Your Space will instantly be cleared of all whiteboard content and chat messages.
