In Pencil, each user has their own profile. You can make changes to your profile in two different ways.
Change your profile through Pencil’s Homepage.
One way you can edit your profile is by going to Pencil’s homepage. From there, you are going to click on your profile icon found at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
You will then be taken to your profile. Click the pencil icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen to edit your profile.
From there, you can make any changes to your profile that you wish. You can add a profile picture, change your profile name, change the email address you have associated with your account, change your account password, add a phone number to your account, or even add a bio to your profile.
Once you are satisfied with your changes, select the green “Done” button found at the bottom right corner of your screen. Any changes you have made to your profile will save.
Change your profile through Pencil’s Profile page.
When you have access to Pencil’s Learning Management System, you have access to Pencil’s Profile page. To learn more about Pencil’s Profile page, please read the following article: How to Add and Manage Profile in Pencil.
To change your profile through Pencil’s Profile page, you will first need to access the page by clicking the “Profile” button found on the right side of your screen.
Then, you will need to search up your name in the profile list by typing it out in the profile search bar.
Once you have located your profile, click on it.
From there you will be displayed all your current profile information. To make any changes, click the pencil icon at the top right-hand corner of your page.
From there, you can make any changes to your profile that you wish. You can add a profile picture, change your profile name, change the email address you have associated with your account, change your account password, add a phone number to your account, or even add a bio to your profile.
Once you are satisfied with your changes, select the green “Done” button found at the bottom right corner of your screen. Any changes you have made to your profile will save.
