You can have multiple hosts in a Space. Participants can have their status changed to host before or after they have been granted access to the Space.

Changing a participant to a host before they have access to the Space

When granting someone access to your Space, you can make their status a host instead of a participant. This can be done when inviting a participant to your Space. To learn more about how to invite people to your Space, please read the following Article: How to Invite People to your Session.

First, you will need to click the blue β€œinvite” button found at the top right corner of your screen.

A pop-up will appear with a text bar which will allow you to search for anyone you wish to add to your call.

Once you have found the person you wish to add to a call, click on the arrow beside their status as a participant. A drop-down bar will appear where you can click on the β€œhost” button, and change the status of that person to host.

Now when you send their invitation to join you in your Space, they will be invited to join as host instead of a participant.

Changing a participant to a host after they have access to the Space

After a participant has access to the Space, their status can be changed to a host by clicking the blue β€œinvite” button at the top right corner of your screen.

A pop-up will appear with a list of the people who have access to your Space, and their status as either a participant or host. Find the person you wish to make a host, and click on the arrow beside their status as a participant.

A drop-down bar will appear, and you will then need to click on the "host" button and save the changes.

From now on this person will be a host in your Space, and they will have access to all the extra capabilities a host has.
