Yes! At Pencil, we believe that our online classrooms should be nearly identical to physical classrooms. The whiteboard in a physical classroom does not get wiped until you do it manually, and that same principle applies to Boards in Spaces. Each and every time you come back to a Space, your work will be exactly as you left it, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.

How can I view my previously created Spaces?

To look at the Spaces you have created in the past from the whiteboard, click on the 'Leave this Space' button. You will be redirected to the Spaces page where you can rejoin other Spaces, or even create a new Space.

To look at other Spaces from the Pencil homepage, just select the Spaces button on the sidebar.

How can I delete a Space that I no longer need?

To delete a space, hover over the Space you wish to delete, and click the three dots that appear beside the Space. Please note that this will only appear if you created the Space meaning you can only delete Spaces you've created.

Once you click on the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear with a "Delete" option. Click the "Delete" button.

You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the Space. Once you do confirm, the deleted Space can not be recovered.
