When you're in a Space, you can utilize video-calling to enhance your collaborative experience.

1. Starting a Call as a Host

  1. When you first enter a Space that you’re hosting, you’ll be greeted with a green "Start" button, located on the top right-hand side of your screen. To start the call, click on the green “Start” button.

  2. Clicking on the “Start” button will open up a pre-call pop-up, where you can choose to turn your video/audio on or off for the call or adjust your video/audio settings before starting the call.

If at this point, you're having trouble with your camera or microphone, please check out our Audio & Video troubleshooting articles, as well as this Help Article which assists with general setup.

  3. Once you're satisfied with how your video/audio is set up, click the green "Start Call" button on the right-hand side of the pop-up to begin the call.

2. Ending a Call

  1. When you’re ready to end a call, simply navigate to the red “End Call” button at the bottom of your video box.

  2. When you click on this button, a dropdown menu will appear and present you with a few options.

  3. You can choose between leaving the call, which will keep the call running for other people in your Space, or ending the call for everyone in the Spaces.

3. Joining a call as a participant

Participants can not start a call, but they will receive an invitation from the host when a call is started.
